Vyjmenovává různé definice pojmu animace, popisuje vývoj technologií a rozvoj herního průmyslu a s tím spojený vznik nových studijních oborů, zaměřených na animaci na českých vysokých školách. Dále práce popisuje východiska a historii české animace, vývoj 90. letech až po současnost, vybrané výstavy, festivaly a instituce spojené s animací. V práci je vyjmenována řada současných českých autorů zaměřených na filmovou animaci, herní průmysl i experimentální tvorbu.. -- Abstract: The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis is focused on Czech animation with an emphasis on its current state. Describes different definitions of the concept of animation, describes the development of technologies and the development of the game industry, and the creation of new fields of study aimed at animation at Czech universities. Furthermore, the thesis describes the origins and history of Czech animation, the development of the 90s to the present, selected exhibitions, festivals and institutions connected with animation. A number of contemporary Czech authors focusing on film animation, gaming and experimental production are listed.
