V teoretické části této práce se věnuje analýze profese učitele v obecném měřítku a poté profesi učitele/učitelky mateřské školy. Analyzuje vývoj profese učitele, učitelství jako povolání, jednotlivé kroky k výběru profese učitele, podmínky práce učitele a prestiž tohoto povolání. Ve druhé části teoretické části analyzuje profesi učitele/učitelky mateřské školy, jejich kompetence, činnosti, dovednosti, náplň práce a duševní hygienu. Téma učitele/učitelky mateřské školy je také stěžejním prvkem výzkumného šetření v praktické části práce. Ta má za cíl zjistit jednotlivé postoje k profesi učitele pohledem učitelů mateřských škol a zjistit, jaké výhody a nevýhody vidí ve své profesi, co je podle nich na jejich profesi náročné, co se jim naopak v práci daří a co by své profesi chtěli změnit. K těmto otázkám se mohli vyjádřit v rámci dotazníku, který jim byl nabídnut.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis on topic "Attitude towards teaching profession from the kindergarten teacher´s perspective" deals with profession of a teacher. In the theoretical part it deals with analysis of the teacher profession generally and then with profession of a kindergarten teacher. It analyzes evolution of the teacher profession, teaching as an occupation, individual steps towards choosing this profession, working conditions of a teacher and prestige of this profession. In the second part of the theoretical part it analyzes the profession of a kindergarten teacher, their competences, activities, skills, work content and mental state. The topic of the kindergarten teacher is also vital for the research in the practical part of this work. It aims to find out individual attitudes towards teacher profession from the point of view of kindergarten teachers. It aims to find out what advantages and disadvantages do they see in their profession, what is in their opinion difficult, what are they good at and what would they like to change. Teachers could express their opinion on these questions by means of questionnaire which was offered them.
