Práce obsahuje vysvětlení různých pojmů, které s vybraným tématem souvisí. Jedná se především o pojmy stáří, stárnutí, senior, pobytové služby a i popis konkrétního domova. Dále se zde zabýváme vysvětlením sociální práce se seniory, standardy, jednáním se zájemcem o službu, komunikací se seniory a potřebami seniorů. Výzkumná část obsahuje formou nestandardizovaných rozhovorů analýzu různých pohledů spokojenosti s konkrétním standardem č.3. Rozhovory byly prováděny se třemi cílovými skupinami a těmi jsou senioři, rodinní příslušníci a sociální pracovnice. Závěrem je shrnutí a vyhodnocení jednání s případnými návrhy požadovaných změn.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with negotiations with the applicant of service in a Home for the elderly Dobětice, p. o. The work defines basic terms that are related to selected topic. Primarily defines the concepts of old age, senior, residential services and a description of home for elderly. Furthermore, the work deals with the explanation of social work with the elderly, standards, negotiations with the prospective service, communications with seniors and seniors' needs. The practical part contains the form of standardized interviews, analysis of different perspectives satisfaction with specific standard no. 3. The interviews were conducted with three target groups, with seniors, family members and social workers. At the end is the summary and evaluation of the negotiations with any proposals required changes.
