Cílem práce je zjistit pohled pracovníků na nařízeného a kolegy z hlediska vlivu na pracovní klima. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení typů organizací a problematiku hodnotové orientace syndromu vyhoření. V praktické části je prezentováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, které je realizováno dotazníkovou metodou. Respondenti jsou pracovníci různých typů organizací. Na základě vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumného šetření jsou formulovány doporuční pro zlepšení vztahů na pracovišti a snížení rizika ohrožení syndromem vyhoření.. -- Abstract: This thesis is focused on the analysis of workplace relationships at workplaces of various types. The goal of this thesis is to discern how the employees view their peers and supervisors and how that affects the working climate. The theoretical part consists of the definitions of various types of organizations, the issue of value orientation and the burnout syndrome. In the practical part I present a quantitative research, based on a survey method. The respondets were employees working in various work environments. Based on the evaluation of the results of the survey, some recommendations were formulated, which are meant to improve the workplace relationships and help to prevent the burnout syndrome.
