Výzkum zahrnoval testování degradačních vlastností nanokrystalického sorbentu oxidu ceričitého na organofosforečné látky. Pro testování byly zvoleny tři organofosforečné látky (trifenyl fosfát, parathion methyl, alkalická fosfatáza) a pět rozdílných vzorků nanokrystalického sorbentu oxidu ceričitého, které byly mezi sebou porovnávány v účinnosti degradovat zmiňované látky.. -- Abstract: The goal of dissertation was to study: "Testing the activity of nanomaterials". The research involved testing degradation properties of nanocrystalline cerium oxide sorbent to organophosphorus compounds. For testing, were selected three organophosphorus compounds (triphenyl phosphate, methyl parathion, alkaline phosphatase), and five different samples of nanocrystalline cerium oxide sorbent, which were compared with one another in efficacy to regrace the mentioned substances.
