Obecná část se věnuje definici dětské mozkové obrny, prevalenci a etiologii, charakteristice diparetické formy DMO, přidruženým poruchám, diagnostice a léčbě. Dále zahrnuje anatomii ruky. Speciální část je zaměřena na ergoterapeutické metody, jež využíváme k ovlivnění jemné motoriky ruky u dětských klientů s DMO. Dále je v této části vystižen test Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test, jež jsem užila pro hodnocení funkce horních končetin při vstupním a výstupním vyšetření svého klienta. Hlavní část je věnována kazuistice dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán a prognózu klienta.. -- Abstract: Bachelor thesis titled: Development and stimulation of fine manual motor skills in cerebral palsy, consists of three parts. The first theoretical part is devoted to the definition of cerebral palsy, prevalence, etiology, characteristic of diparetic CP, associated diseases, diagnosis and treatment. Further comprises the hand anatomy. The second, special, part is focused on occupational therapy methods which we use to affect fine manual motor skills in children with cerebral palsy. Further is capturing test Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test in this part which I used for the evaluation of upper limb function in the input and output examination of my client. The third and main part of my thesis is devoted to the case report of a child with cerebral palsy. Includes input and output examination, short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan and prognosis of client.
