Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku municipálního rozpočtu. Popisuje celý rozpočtový proces, rozpočtovou skladbu, příjmy a výdaje. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu hospodaření a její vývoj ve sledovaném období. Analyzuje finanční ukazatele zadluženosti a dluhovou službu, které se využívají při predikci rizikových faktorů.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the budget management Slavětín over a period of ree years 2012-2014. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the municipal budget. It describes the entire budget process, budget structure, revenue and expenditure budget. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of economy and its development in the period. Analyzes financial debt ratios and debt service, which is used for the prediction of risk factors.
