Snaží se ze tří různých úhlů pohledů zjistit, jaký by měl učitel být. Zjistit veškeré jeho důležité charakteristické rysy, nejdůležitější vztahové komptence vůči žákům a samozřejmě, v neposlední řadě, jeho odbornostní rysy. Tato práce je složená ze dvou částí. V teoretické části se snaží popsat roli učitele tak, jak nám ji určuje odborná literatura. Ve druhé části, části empirické, vychází z výsledků výzkumu tří skupin učitelů: studentů pedagogických fakult, učitelů s roční praxí a učitelů s více, jak deseti lety praxe.. -- Abstract: This thesis describes the role, identity, teachers nowadays. Tries from three different angles to find out what the teacher should be. Find out all its important characteristics, the most important relational competencies of pupils and of course, last but not least, his proficiency features. This work is composed of two parts. In the theoretical part is describe the role of the teacher as it determines professional literature. In the second part, the empirical, based on the research results of three groups of teachers: students of faculties of education, teachers with one year experience and teachers with more than ten years of experience.
