Práce zahrnuje část teoretickou, která se zabývá významem pojmu ilustrace v žánru science fiction a obsahuje historický přehled ilustrací k výše uvedené knize, a část praktickou, která popisuje realizaci nové podoby ilustrací a knihy.. -- Abstract: Bachelor´s thesis deals with creation of illustrations for Jules Verne´s book Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea and graphical concept of the book´s design. Thesis consists of theoretical part which deals with the meaning of illustration in the science fiction genre and includes a historical overview of illustrations for the aforementioned book, and practical part which describes the realization of the new design of illustrations and the book itself.
