Práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu brownfields, jejich typologii, na problematiku jejich vzniku a následné řešení a možnosti využití. Je zde vysvětlena důležitost pochopení vztahu mezi brownfields a trhem a také důležitost jejich následné regenerace. Následně je popsán socioekonomický vývoj města Ústí nad Labem v souvislosti s výskytem brownfields. Přiložen je také katalog těch nejvýznamnějších objektů dle metodologie CzechInvestu. Získané znalosti jsou aplikovány do několika konkrétních případových studií.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis ?Analysis of brownfields in Ústí nad Labem? is to acquaint the reader with the issue of brownfields, both on theoretical and methodological level and in specific practical examples. The work is focused on the explenation of brownfields, their typology, the issue of their origin and subsequent solutions and possibilities. It is important to understand the relationship between brownfields and the market and the importance of their subsequent recovery. Next part explaine the socio-economic development of the city of Ústí nad Labem in connection with the occurrence of brownfields. Attached is a catalog of the most important objects according to the methodology of CzechInvest. The acquired knowledge is applied to several case studies.
