Na začátku je zpracována historie obce. S pomocí archivních pramenů byly osvětleny počátky domu. Průzkumem stavby byl zjištěn stavebně historický vývoj domu. S pomocí literatury a fotodokumentace byl zjištěn vývoj a typologie hrázdění na Frýdlantsku. Poslední kapitola vyhodnocuje památkový význam domu a doporučení pro obnovu stavby.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is focused on the constructional and historical development of the house No. 198. Firstly the history of the village is elaborated. With the help of the archival sources the beginnings of the house have been clarified. The constructional and historical development of the house has been described through the research of the building. With the help of literature and photographic documentation the development and typology of the half timbering in the Frýdlant area were determined. The last chapter evaluates the significance of the conservation of the house and offers the recommendations for the restoration of the building.
