Ergoterapie v psychiatrii - alkoholová závislost [rukopis] / Ivana Pešková. -- 2013. -- 63 l., [32] l. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Ved. práce Hana Kynštová. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce je psána na téma ergoterapie v psychiatrii, která je sice součástí ucelené léčby člověka s duševním onemocněním, ale já jsem se zaměřila konkrétně na alkoholovou závislost. V teoretické části jsem se nejprve zaměřila na závislost jako takovou. Popisuji zde tedy odbornou terminologii, definici, základní faktory vzniku, vývoj a druhy závislosti. Poté se zabývám alkoholismem a alkoholem, kde dále popisuji účinky, etiologii, vývoj, typy a alkoholické psychózy. Dále se v teoretické části soustředím na léčbu a rehabilitaci v psychiatrii, kterou jsem rozdělila na intramurální a extramurální péči. V intramurální péči popisuji léčebnou rehabilitaci, ergoterapii obecně, dále ergoterapii v psychiatrii a terapie, které se v psychiatrii využívají. V extramurální péči jsem se zaměřila na sociální, pracovní a pedagogickou rehabilitaci. V závěru teoretické části jsem uvedla metody ergoterapie u psychiatrických pacientů. V hlavní části jsem rozebrala kazuistiku pacienta s poalkoholovou demencí. Je zde popsáno vstupní vyšetření, vypracován krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán, zaznamenán kompletní průběh terapie, dále popsáno výstupní vyšetření a stanoven dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.. -- Abstract: This bachelor work is focused on the occupational therapy in psychiatry, that is although part of the comprehensive treatment of a person with mental illness, but I am focused specifically on alcohol dependence. In the theoretical part I am dealing firstly with the dependence as a general concept. I am describing the professional terminology, definition, basic factors creation, the development and types dependencies. In the next section I am focused on the alcoholism and alcohol, where I try to describe the effects, etiology, development, and types of alcoholic psychosis. Then I am dealing with the treatment and rehabilitation in psychiatry, which I divided into two parts: intramural and extramural care. In the intramural care I am describing medical rehabilitation, occupational therapy in general, occupational therapy in psychiatry and therapy used in psychiatry. In extramural care I am describing social, working and pedagogical rehabilitation. At the end of my work there are listed the methods of occupational therapy for psychiatric patients. In the parctical part I try to analyze casuistry of patient with alcoholic dementia. There is described entrance physicalexamination, drawn up short-term occupational therapy plan, complete course of therapy, furthermore there is a final physicalexamination and long-term occupational therapy plan.
