Jde o instituci čerpající finanční prostředky na svůj provoz z veřejného rozpočtu ČR a cílem práce bylo sledovat jejich využití průběhu let a analyzovat jejich rozpouštění do výdajů. Hlavním úkolem této práce bylo vyhodnotit efektivitu okresního soudu ČL v komparaci s hospodařením jiných okresních soudů. V závěru práce je zhodnocení přínosu soudnictví společnosti a upozornění na možná rizika.. -- Abstract: Summary The bachelor thesis called The Efficiency of institutions financed by taxes, in the selected authority are compared expenses and useful effects of the given institution deals with analysis of utilization of werewithals in the district court in Česká Lípa during the period from 2006 to 2011. It is an institution which draws werewithals from the public budget of the CR for its own working. The goal of this thesis is to observe the utilization of these money in the course of a few years and to analyse its dessolving into the outgoings.The chief task of this thesis was to evaluate the efficiency of the district court in ČL in comparison with the management of other district courts, In the end of the thesis there is the evaluation of the benefit of the judiciary for society and a warning against some potential risks.
