Cílem této práce je odhalení slabých, respektive silných stránek, zjištěných na základě analýzy konkurence a tak nalézt aktivity, ve kterých by se společnost AGC měla zlepšit, případně kterých aktivit využít jako svých předností k zajištění vlastních firemních cílů. Začátek práce je věnován problematice situační analýzy a výhodám jejího vypracování plynoucích pro podnik. V další části práce jsou popsány aspekty a základní fáze analýzy konkurence. Obsah analytické části tvoří aplikace metod SWOT a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Na závěr jsou také analyzována data z interního dotazníku AGC směrem k hlavním zákazníkům, jehož výstup by měl odhalit případné hrozby a nedostatky ve vztazích se zákazníky.. -- Abstract: The Bachelor?s thesis deals with the competitor analysis of the company AGC Glass Europe. The objective of this thesis is to find weak, respectively strong sides, found out on the basis of the competition analysis and to find activities where should AGC get better or which activities should use as its own advantage to reach company?s goals. The beginning of thesis is dedicated to the problems of situation analysis and advantages of its evolvement for the company. In the next part of the thesis are described aspects and basic phases of the competitor analysis. The content of the analytical part is created by the application of SWOT and Porter?s five forces methods. In the end are analyzed data taken from internal survey of AGC to the main customers, its output should help to find out possible threats and failing in relations with the customers.
