Z porovnávaných burz budou vybrány burza v Londýně, v New Yorku a burza ve Frankfurtu. Ty následně budou komparovány s BCPP. Teoretická část práce se bude věnovat pojmu burza a její klasifikaci. Představena bude současná pozice a struktura burz v ČR a ve vybraných zemích. Analytická část práce se zaměří především na identifikaci a následnou analýzu společných a rozdílných prvků fungování vybraných burz. Samostatný prostor pak bude věnován specifikům zmíněných burz. V závěru budou představeny možná doporučení a kritické závěry k fungování BCPP ve světle výsledků provedené komparace.. -- Abstract: The topic of my thesis is to evaluate the stock structure and status in the CR and in selected OECD countries. The comparison will be selected exchanges in London Stock Exchange in New York Stock Exchange in Frankfurt. They will then be compared and contrasted with the PSE. The theoretical part will be devoted to the concept of exchange and its classification. We will introduce the current position and structure of exchanges in the CR and in selected countries. The analytical part will focus on the identification and subsequent analysis of common and different features of the functioning of selected exchanges. A separate section will be devoted to the specifics of these exchanges. In conclusion, possible recommendations will be presented and conclusions critical to the functioning of the PSE in the light of the results of the comparison will be made.
