Tito muži byli pro své století důležitými osobnostmi. Erasmus Rotterdamský byl za svého života uznávaným humanistou. O jeho podporu se ucházeli všichni, kdo tehdy usilovali o nápravu církve. Na druhé straně Martin Luther, syn rolníka, dal svou průrazností a silnou osobností do pohybu německé země. Hlavní myšlenkou mé práce je popis vztahu Erasma Rotterdamského a Martina Luthera. Oba se snažili napravit církev a společnost, avšak jejich metody byly rozdílné.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis aims to introduce a personage of Erasmus Rotterdamus as an eminent representative of humanism and a personage of Martin Luther as a reformer. Both of them were very important persons for the century they lived in. Erasmus Rotterdamsky was a highly regarded humanist during his life. He was supported by those who endeavoured to rectify the church. Next to Erasmus Rotterodamus stood Martin Luther, a son of farmer, who due to his self-assertion and his strong personality put the German countries in motion. The main idea of my work is to describe the relationship between E. R. and M.L. Both tried to redress the church, however, their methods were completely different.
