Akciový trh v ČR a ve vybraných zemích OECD [rukopis] / Martin Hvozda. -- 2011. -- 50 l., [6] l. příl. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce s názvem "Akciový trh v ČR a ve vybraných zemích OECD" mapuje akciový trh v České republice od počátku jeho vzniku až po současnou podobu Burzy cenných papírů Praha. Český akciový trh je porovnán s akciovými trhy dalších zemí, které prošli podobným politickým vývojem jako Česká republika. Samotná práce je rozvržena do čtyř kapitol. Vedle teoretického úvodu v oblasti akcií a obchodování s akciemi detailně popisuje současný akciový trh v ČR, představuje fungování Burzy cenných papírů v Praze a také jednotlivé tituly na hlavním trhu pražské burzy. Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj akciového trhu v České republice od jeho úplného počátku, přes ekonomickou transformaci po roce 1989 až po dopady finanční a ekonomické krize na pražskou burzu v roce 2008. Následná analýza burz v ČR, Polsku, Maďarsku a na Slovensku sleduje jejich vývoj a vzájemně je porovnává. V závěru práce je nastíněna predikce dalšího vývoje na pražské burze i na dalších sledovaných burzách.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis, called ?The Stock Market in the Czech republic and in chosen states of OECD?, tries to survey the stock market in the Czech Republic from the origin until today´s shape of the Prague Stock Exchange. This Stock Exchange is compared with other stock exchanges of chosen countries that have the same experience with political development like the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. It is concentrated on the theoretical sphere of a stock market. There is written a detailed characterization of today´s stock exchange in the Czech Republic. It is described how the stock exchange functions and there are shown some examples of specific funds in the market, too. This thesis describes a development of the Czech stock market from the origin and the economic transformation after the year 1989. It ends with the impact of financial and economic crisis of the Prague Stock Exchange in the year 2008. The thesis is concentrated on the comparison analysis of the exchanges in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to prognoses of further progress in the Prague stock exchange.
