K této práci mě přiměla praxe v zařízení Klokánek, kde jsem zjistila, že děti jsou zveřejňované na webových stránkách a ve zpravodajích. V úvodní části bakalářské práce jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, které jsou následně provázány s citacemi z rozhovorů sociálních pracovníků. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak nazírají pracovníci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na zveřejňování fotografií a citlivých údajů dětí a zjistit faktory, které jejich nazírání na zkoumanou problematiku ovlivňují. Pro dosažení cíle mé práce jsem natáčela rozhovory s pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Zveřejňování dětí přináší mnoho úskalí a je to velmi nešťastná metoda, která by se měla změnit. Z výzkumu se ukázalo, že se zveřejňováním dětí s fotografií sociální pracovnice nesouhlasí a jsou ovlivněné mnoha faktory, které toto tvrzení potvrzují.. -- Abstract: The topic of this bachelor thesis is ethical questions of publishing children´s photographs and sensitive information FOD. I decided to write this thesis during my practice in the facility Klokánek, where I found out that children are published on the website and in newsletters. In the first part of this work are described basic concepts, which are then linked with quotes from interviews of social workers. The main objective was firstly to determine how the employees of social-legal protection of children view on the disclosure of sensitive information and photographs of children and secondly to identify factors that affect their perception of this problem. To achieve these aims of my thesis I recorded interviews with staff of a social-legal protection of children. Disclosure of children brings many problems and it is a very unfortunate method that should be changed. The research showed that social workers do not agree with publishing photos of children and that they are affected by many factors that support this conjecture.
