V úvodní části se práce zabývá problematikou výchovy jako takové. Následně práce seznamuje s legislativními podmínkami pro realizaci projektu jak v Německé spolkové republice, tak v České republice. Podstatnou částí předložené práce je seznámení se současným stavem projektu v Německé spolkové republice a problematikou jeho implementace do českého prostředí, ve finále pak s pilotní fází jeho realizace v České republice za současných sociálně politických podmínek. Z výsledného hodnocení vyplývá, že projekt, který se zabývá novým modelem výchovy, tzv. ?navozující výchovy?, je vhodným doplňkem při rodičovské výchově dětí v České republice.. -- Abstract: The impulse for this work has been my personal experience, arising from multi-annual cooperation in preparing for the implementation of this project in the Czech Republic, as well as the necessity and importance of such a project in our modern society. The introductory part of the work deals with as such. Subsequently, the work introduces the legislative conditions for the project both in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic. An essential part of this thesis is to introduce the current state of the project in the German Federal Republic with its implementation in the Czech environment. In the final stage, the pilot phase and its implementation in the Czech Republic in the current socio-political conditions are introduced. The final evaluation indicates that the project which deals with a new model of education called "inducing education" is appropriate complement to parental child-rearing in the Czech Republic. I believe that the work will contribute to better awareness of people involved in the current issue of raising children in the family.
