Integrace lidí s mentálním postižením žijících v domovech sociální péče do otevřeného trhu práce [rukopis] / Monika Seidlová. -- 2010. -- 77 l. : [11] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Alena Vališová. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku integrace lidí s mentálním postiže-ním žijících v domovech sociální péče do otevřeného trhu práce. V této práci jsme se věnovali charakteristice tohoto pozitivního sociálního jevu v souvislosti s rozvo-jem služby podporovaného zaměstnávání v naší zemi. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, kde jsme z odborné literatury popsali defini-ce, kriteria a názory na integrování lidí s mentálním postižením do společnosti, his-torii vývoje o jedince s postižením a objasnění základních pojmů. V praktické části jsme zjišťovali pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku postoje, zkušenosti a poci-ty respondentů ve vztahu k lidem s mentálním postižením a porovnávali rozdíly těchto názorů z pozice mužů a žen.. -- Abstract: The bachelor work is aimed at problems with integration of people with mental retardation (or handicap) living in The houses of social services into open labour market. We devote this work to a characteristic of this affirmative social phenomenon in connection with progress of supported occupying in our country. The bachelor?s work consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part we described definitions, criteria and opinions on integration of people with mental retardation into the society and history of evolution of person with a handicap. We also explained elementary terms in this part of the work. In the practical part we used a non-standardised questionaire to find out attitudes, experiences and feelings of the respondents in relationship with people with mental retardation and we compared the differences of this opinions between women and men.
