Hospodaření Okresního soudu Louny v porovnání s Okresním soudem v Mostě [rukopis] / Jana Korousová. -- 2010. -- 56 l., [1] l. příl. : il. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza hospodaření Okresního soudu Louny v porovnání s Okresním soudem v Mostě. Především jsem sledovala hospodaření organizační složky státu za roky 2006-2009. První kapitola definuje právní úpravu a význam soudnictví, jeho historii, pravomoc a příslušnost konkrétních soudů. Je zde zmíněno i často diskutované téma soudní reformy. Další část práce charakterizuje soudy jako organizační složku státu a nastiňuje nám, jak a z čeho jsou tyto složky financovány. Třetí část práce je již věnována představení Okresního soudu v Lounech. Není opomenuta též krátká historie. Tato kapitola je věnována především organizaci a řízení soudu. Ve stručnější formě je zde popsán i Okresní soud v Mostě, který v této práci hraje doplňkovou roli. Kapitola čtyři nazvaná charakteristika finanční analýzy, nám podává informace, ze kterých jsem vycházela při samotné analýze. Rozebírá hlavní účetní výkazy jako zdroje informací finanční analýzy. Pátá část je zaměřena na samotný rozbor hospodaření. Závěrem této práce je utvrzení, že soudnictví není postaveno na ziskovosti, ale na nutnosti garantovat občanům určitá práva a poskytnout ochranu těchto práv. Tato potřeba by nemohla být naplněna bez příjmů z rozpočtu státu, proto se tento resort nemůže nikdy přesunout do soukromých rukou.. -- Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to analyse the management of the District Court in Louny in comparison with the District Court in Most. Above all, I concentrated on the observation of the organisational component of the state in 2006-2009. The first chapter defines the legal form and importance of the judicial system, its history, competence and competency of particular courts. I also mentioned the very often discussed issue of judicial reform. The next part of the work characterises courts as organisational components of the state and foreshadows how these components are financed. The third part is devoted to the introduction of the District Court in Louny. I also shortly describe the history of origin. This chapter deals mainly with the organisation and control of the court. The District Court in Most, which is partly mentioned in the thesis, is briefly described in this chapter. Chapter number four, called The Characteristics of Financial Analysis, gives us information which I used during the analysis itself. It describes the main financial statements as the information sources for the financial analysis. The fifth part concentrates on analysis of management. The conclusion of the thesis is the confirmation of the fact that the judicial system is not based on profitability but on the necessity to guarantee rights to citizens and provide protection of these rights. This would not work without any income from the state budget and that is why this component can never become private.
