Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je navrhnutí opatření k rozvoji franchisingu na našem trhu. Nejprve se zaměřuji na obecné charakteristiky franchisingu. Rozebírám jeho podstatu a historický vývoj v jednotlivých zemích. V praktické části hodnotím současný stav franchisingu u nás a v Německu a výsledky srovnávám. Z komparace následně vyvozuji závěry ke zintenzivnění franchisingu v České republice.. -- Abstract: I´m dealing with the theme franchising in my bachelor´s work. Principal aim of my bachelor´s work is a proposition some move to the development of franchising on our market. At first time I address on generally characterizations of franchising, after it I solve its essence and historical evolution in individual countries. In a practical part I evaluate the present loom of the franchising in the Czech Republic and in Germany and I compare the records. I construe from the confrontation the findings to the expansion of franchising in the Czech Republic.
