The theoretical part resumes existing informations in the area of quality regulativ and the characterization of the most important quality management conceptions. In the pragmatic part is analyse a certain problem in the area of quality regulation at the Czech police - The council directorate of Northbohemian region. At the end of the thesis are projected possibilities of next development in the area of quality regulation at the Czech police.
