Podklad pro analýzu tvoří novinové články z německých a rakouských novin.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with exbraciation in German sentences, i.e. the breakdown of the brace construction. The first part of the thesis introduces some terminology and definitions of exbraciation itself. It also deals with a study of different kinds of exbraciation and their characters followed by an explanation of reasons for actual exbraciation. The practical part of the thesis analyses sentences with exbraciation using authentic materials from journalistic texts.
