Analýza pracovních podmínek zaměstnanců ČSSZ vzhledem k riziku vzniku syndromu vyhoření [rukopis] = The analysis of working conditions of the employees at the Czech Social Security Administration in regard to risk of the burnout syndrome occurance / Denisa Miltová. -- 2009. -- 54 l., [19] l. příl. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovních podmínek odborných referentek oddělení nemocenského pojištění na Okresní správě sociálního zabezpečení Ústí nad Labem, která je územní organizační jednotkou ČSSZ (České správy sociálního zabezpečení). Nazývá se ?Analýza pracovních podmínek zaměstnanců ČSSZ vzhledem k riziku vzniku syndromu vyhoření?. Primárním cílem bylo zmapovat pracovní podmínky referentek oddělení nemocenského pojištění, zjistit, jestli jsou ohroženy syndromem vyhoření a jaké jsou hlavní příčiny. Pro zjišťování dat jsem zvolila techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Bakalářská práce ukázala, že referentky oddělení nemocenského pojištění jsou ohroženy syndromem vyhoření. Sekundárním cílem mé práce bylo vytvoření návrhu opatření v prevenci vzniku syndromu vyhoření.. -- Abstract: The bachelor work is focused on the analysis of working conditions of the referents in Health insurance department at the District Social Security Administration in Ústí nad Labem, which is a territorial unit of the Czech Social Security Administration. The title of my bachelor work is ?The analysis of working conditions of the employees at the Czech Social Security Administration in regard to risk of the burnout syndrome occurance?. The primary aim was to chart the working conditions of the referents in the Health insurance department if they are threatened by the burnout syndrom and what are the reasons. I chose the method of semistructured interview for the data survey. The bachelor work has shown that the referents in the Health insurance department are threatened by the burnout syndrom. The secondary aim was to submit a proposal for precautions in a prevention of an emergence of the burnout syndrom in aforementioned department.
