Zaměřila jsem se na Alzheimerovu chorobu, jelikož moje klientka s gerontopsychiatrickou anamnézou trpí právě touto chorobou. V obecné části jsem se zaměřila na rozdělení, změny a problematiku spojenou se stářím. Dále rozvedla historii oboru gerontopsychiatrie. Soustředila jsem se na syndrom demence, kde jsem podrobněji rozvedla rozdělení, skupiny a typy demencí. V další kapitole jsem podrobněji popsala příznaky Alzheimerovy choroby, klinický obraz,výskyt onemocnění, anatomicko-patofyzilogické změny, diagnostiku, rizikové faktory a léčbu. V druhé polovině teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na ucelenou rehabilitaci. Samostatnou kapitolu jsem věnovala ergoterapii. Kde jsem popisovala ergoterapii a její zaměření v geriatrii, popsala jsem různé aktivity specifické pro tento obor. Posledním bodem obecné části je kapitola, která pojednává o občanském sdružení, které se nazývá Česká alzheimerovská společnost. Ve speciální části jsem provedla vstupní a výstupní vyšetření u klientky. Stanovila jsem si krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. A rozepsala jsem jednotlivé ergoterapeutické návštěvy u klientky. V této části jsem popsala úkoly a činnosti, které jsem s pacientkou prováděla, následně jsem je zhodnotila. V závěru své práce jsem shrnula výsledky svých cílů a úkolů práce.. -- Abstract: The theme of my bachelor work is Occupational therapy in the gerontopsychiatry. I took aim to concentrate myself to the Alzheimer disease, as my lady client suffers just by that disease. In the general part I concentrated myself on the division, changes and problematic in connection with high age and outlined the history of the gerontopsychiatry. I concentrated myself on the syndrome of dementia, where I mentioned the specification, the single groups and types of dementia. In another chapter I described the symptoms of the Alzheimer disease, its clinical marks, occurrence, anatomically patophysiologic changes, diagnostic, risk factors and medical treatment. In the second half of the theoretical part I concentrated myself to the integral rehabilitation. An independent chapter I devoted to a description of the occupatinal therapy, its goals in geriatria and described different activities, which are specific for this branch. The last chapter deals with the citizen association called Czech Alzheimer society. A special part is devoted to the preliminary and concluding examination of the client. I determined a short-term and long-term of occupational therapy plan and stated the individual occupational therapeutic visitis at a she-patient. I described in this part the tasks and activities executed with the she-patient and evaluated them. In the conclusion of my work I summarized the result of my aims and work tasks.
