Organofosforové pesticidy [rukopis] / Alena Poláková. -- 2009. -- 53 l. + 1 CD-ROM. -- Ved. práce Kamil Kuča. -- Abstract: V předložené bakalářské práci je shrnuta problematika pesticidů jako taková, se zaměřením na organofosforové pesticidy. V obecné části je diskutována definice a klasifikace pesticidů a dále také legislativa upravující jejich používaní. Speciální část se zabývá problematikou organofosforových pesticidů. Zahrnuje jejich historii, chemickou strukturu, vlastnosti. Jelikož jsou organofosforové pesticidy jedny z nejtoxičtějších látek, věnuje se předložená práce také mechanismu účinku těchto látek (inhibice acetylcholinesterázy). Vzhledem k tomu, že inhibice acetylcholinesterázy vede k následné cholinergní krizi končící v některých případech i smrtí je v této bakalářské práci rovněž diskutována terapie otrav. Předložená práce dále obsahuje seznam povolených účinných látek organofosforové povahy na českém trhu.. -- Abstract: In the bachelor thesis, there are discussed pesticides, especially organophosphorus pesticides. In the general section, definition of pesticides, their classification and legislative administering their use are discussed. Special part is aimed at the organophosphorus pesticide subject. It consists of their history, chemical structures and properties. Due to the fact that organophosphorus pesticides are extremely toxic compounds, this study is interested also in the mechanism of their action (acetylcholinesterase inhibition). Owing to the fact that acetylcholinesterase inhibition is causing cholinergic crisis which is in several cases ending with death, therapy of such poisonings is discussed. Finally, this study summarized a list of allowed organophosphorus active compounds occurring on the Czech market.
