Analýza služeb občanské poradny Na Křižovatce [rukopis] = Services analysis of citizens advice centre "Na Křižovatce / Libor Junek. -- 2009. -- 49 l., [3] l. příl. : il. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu služeb Občanské poradny Na Křižovatce sídlící ve městě Varnsdorf. Název práce je {\clq}qAnalýza služeb Občanské poradny Na Křižovatce``. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak Občanská poradna Na Křižovatce funguje, s jakými případnými problémy se potýká, s jakými dotazy je ze strany uživatelů služeb oslovována. Pro zjišťování dat byla zvolena metoda analýzy statisticky zpracovatelných údajů ze záznamových archů s individuálním plánem, na které je zaznamenána veškerá práce s uživatelem služby a dále analýzou interních dokumentů Občanské poradny Na Křižovatce. Práce ukázala v jakých oblastech probíhají intervence s uživatelem služby a jak tyto intervence mohou být závislé na vnějších vlivech. Prací byla zjištěna komplikovanost financování občanské poradny a s tím související zajištění chodu poradny s odpovídající kvalitou.. -- Abstract: The bachelor work is focused on the analysis of the services of Citizens Advice Centre Na Křižovatce situated in the city Varnsdorf. The title of work is {\clq}q Services analysis of Citizens Advice Centre "Na Křižovatce" ``. The aim of the bachelor work was to detect the Citizens Advice Centre's functions, which potential problems are confronting and which queries the clients ask. For the data's determination I used the method of the analysis of statistically processible data's from the records files with the individual plans where is monitored entire work with the individual client and furthermore the method of analysis of the internal documents of Citizens Advice Centre Na Křižovatce. The work has shown in which areas do the interventions with clients proceed and how could these interventions be dependent on external influences. Elaborating of this work has ascertained the complexity of funding the civil advisory centre and ensuring the running of this advisory centre with appropriate quality.
