Charakterizuje loutkové divadlo, zabývá se vývojem loutkářství ve světě i v Čechách. Rozlišuje druhy loutek podle způsobu vedení včetně jejich uplatnění.Rozebírá text loutkové hry, kompozici inscenace pro děti a divadelní prostor ( mizanscénu ). Velká část práce je věnována funkci a osobnosti režiséra v loutkovém divadle. Praktickou část tvoří rozbor pohádky Perníková Chaloupka od Kamila Horáka( 1977 ) v upravené podobě Danuše Telínové pro sokolovský divadelní soubor, studium této hry, zpracování režijní koncepce, výstavba kompozice a uvedení hry před dětským divákem.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with an analysis of a marionette theatre for children and the young. It defines the marionette theatre, deals with the puppetry development worldwide as well as in the Czech Republic. It makes difference between various types of marionettes based on a style of their guidance including their utilization. It analyses text of a marionette play, composition of an inscenation for children and theatre as a place (mizanscene). Great part of the thesis is devoted to a role and personality of a director in the marionette theatre. Practical part consists of an analysis of the Gingerbread Cottage fairytale by Kamil Horak (1977) modified by Danuse Telinova for the dramatical ensemble of Sokolov, study of this play, processing of directorial conception, construction of composition and introduction of the piece to a children audience.
