Dále popisuji historii a také postupný vývoj největších měst v kraji. V praktické části se zabývám jednotlivými ukazateli bytové výstavby a jejich následnému rozdělení. Zaměřil jsem se hlavně na období 1997-2005. V práci jsem používal statistické údaje, které jsem uvedl do tabulek a grafů. V závěrečné části jsem rozebral vývoj panelových domů. Pozornost jsem také věnoval jednotlivým typům a konstrukčním řešením panelových domů. V samotném konci práce jsou pak rozebrány jak výhody, tak nevýhody panelové výstavby.. -- Abstract: In my work I focus at first on the position and the characterization of the Ústí region. Further, I describe history and a gradual developement of the largest cities in the region. In the practical part, I deal with single indices of housing and their following separation. I focused especially on the period 1997-2005. In my paper I used the statistical data, which I mentioned in the tables and graphs. In conclusion, I dealed with the developement of panel buildings. I paid also attention to the single types and structural designs of panel buildings. At the end of my paper there are analyzed both advantages and disadvantages of panel building.
