Práce se věnuje charakteristice železniční infrastruktury a státní organizaci SŽDC, která je vlastníkem české železniční infrastruktury. Modernizace a rozvoj železniční infrastruktury probíhá na našem území hlavně díky pomoci evropských fondů. Bakalářská práce nastiňuje veškeré práce, které jsou požadovány EU u projektů financovaných nebo spolufinancovaných z evropských fondů. Oddělení fondů EU působící u státní organizace SŽDC provádí od samostatného plánování strategie modernizace železniční infrastruktury, přes dohled při realizaci, účetnictví a řízení finančních toků u staveb až po úplné zhodnocení staveb. Dále také práce ukazuje jakým směrem se bude s největší pravděpodobností ubírat rozvoj železniční infrastruktura na našem území.. -- Abstract: The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to acquaint the readers with problems of usage of European funds to modernize and extend raiway infrastructure at the territory of the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on characteristic of railway infarstructure and public organization SŽDC, the owner of czech railway infrastructure. Modernizing and development of railway infrastructure proceeds at this area mainly thanks to the virtue of European funds. This Bachelor Thesis outlines all works which are demanded by EU in projects financed or co-financed from the European funds. The department of funds EU applied in the public organization SŽDC execute the independent planning the strategy of modernizing the railway infrastructure, control over realization, accounting and proceeding financial flow at the construction and the construction analysis. Furthermore this work points at the manner that, most probably, the development of railway infrastructure at our territory will be proceeding on.
