DMO je pojmenování pro postižení muskuloskeletálního systému, které vzniká poruchou nezralé centrální nervové soustavy. Někdy se pojí se smyslovými vadami, snížením intelektu nebo sekundární epilepsií. V obecné části se zabývám definicí, příčinami vzniku, ontogenezí, vývojovou kineziologií a klinikou. Následně popisuji možnosti terapie, pomocné prostředky a prognózu. Speciální část zahrnuje komplexní fyzioterapii dané problematiky společně s cíly fyzioterapie, fyzioterapeutické postupy i s ostatními metodami a fyzikální terapii. Neopomínám ani ergoterapii a psychologickou problematiku onemocnění. V hlavní části představuji svou pacientku s DMO. Do této části patří anamnéza, závěry z ambulantních vyšetření, vstupní i výstupní vyšetření a rehabilitace. V diskuzi hodnotím výsledky své práce a v závěru to, jak jsem splnila cíle a úkoly.. -- Abstract: The subject of my final work is "Physiotherapy of children with the Child´s Cerebral Palsy``. The Child´s Cerebral Palsy indicates handicap of muscle - sceleton´s system, which originates in damage of immature central nervous system. It can be developed such as handicap of the senses, intellect or secundary epilepsy. I the general part I explain the definition, causes of the origin, the ontogeny, the developmental kinesiology and clinics. Then I describe what are the possibilities of therapy , the helpings means and the prognosis. The special part includes the view of the global physiotherapy of this problems together with a goals, the procedures of other methods and physical therapy. I don´t even ignore the ergotherapy or the psychological problems of this disease. In the main part I present my patient with the Child´s Cerebral Palsy. This part includes her history, the conclusions of the ambulation evaluations, the input and output evaluation and rehabilitation. I assess the results of my work and also the performance of goals and projects in the final part.
