Na pracovní stres hasičů je nahlíženo jako na kombinaci mnoha faktorů spojených s psychickou náročností tohoto povolání. Součástí textu je také nástin významu psychosociální péče u Hasičského záchranného sboru. Terénní šetření této práce bylo zaměřeno na rozpoznání hlavních podnětů vyvolávající stres v práci hasičů-záchranářů na požární stanici v Ústí nad Labem. Cílem byla analýza stresorů z hlediska subjektivní percepce respondentů.V závěru práce jsou předloženy na základě zjištěných dat doporučení k provádění intervenčních technik zaměřených na různé stupně vyrovnávání se se zátěží hasičů - informovanost a duševní hygiena, debriefing, bálintovská skupina, teambuilding a poradenství.. -- Abstract: The focus of this paper is to map the stress factors in the work of professional fire fighters. The stress of fire fighters is defined as a combination of various factors linked to the psychical strains of this occupation. An emphasis of the study is a sketching out of the importance of the psycho-social care at the Fire & Rescue Service. The research is targeted at the recognition of the main impulses causing stress at work of the firemen at the Fire & Rescue Service at Usti nad Labem. The aim of the work is the analysis of the stress factors from the subjective point of view of the fire fighters. In conclusion is submitted, based on my research, a recommendation to use specific treatment techniques focused on the different psychical damage of the fire fighters, i.e. awareness, mental health care, debriefing, Balintov's Group, team building, and counseling.
