Analýza investičních příležitostí drobného investora - kolektivní investování [rukopis] / Ondřej Gaisler. -- 2007. -- 62 l., 8 l. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Má práce je zaměřena na možnosti tvorby finančního portfolia rodiny s důrazem na využití kolektivního investování. V první části práce představím jednotlivé finanční produkty dostupné na českém trhu v teoretické rovině. Dále se budu zabývat analýzou využitelnosti těchto produktů na základě potřeb, cílů a finančních možností průměrné české domácnosti. Mým cílem bude především navržení optimální finanční strategie fiktivní české domácnosti s ohledem na vztah k riziku a finanční cíle rodiny. Hlavní cíl práce je rozdělen do tří základních rovin. První se zabývá motivací člověka k investování. Druhá zkoumá chování drobného investora a jeho uvažování o riziku a způsobu zajištění. Třetí rovina se zamýšlí nad vztahem českého investora ke kolektivnímu investování. Vzhledem k chystaným reformám v sociální oblasti a následným dopadům do finančních výdajů domácností se domnívám, že téma této práce bude v nejbližší budoucnosti velice aktuální.. -- Abstract: My work is focused on the opportunities of building family finances` portfolio with the exploitation of collective investment. In the fisrt part I shall introduce individual financial products accessible on the Czech market on the theoretical level. Further I shall occupy with the analyses of the exploitation of these products on the basis of the needs, goals and financial opportunities of an average Czech family. My task above all will be a suggestion of an optimal financial strategy of the ficitve family with the consideration for the risks and financial aims. The main goal of my work is divided into three basic levels. The first occupies with the motivation of a single person to the investment. The second examines a behaivour oh a small investor and his consideration about risics and methods of his securing. The third level is considering an attitude of the Czech investor to the collective investment. In view of the prepared reforms in the social sphere and and the following impacts on hte financial expenditures of households I assume that th theme of my work will be in the nearest future very actual.
