Romská žena v systému porodnické péče [rukopis] / Pavla Chládková. -- 2007. -- 73 l., [3] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Ludmila Lamplotová. -- Abstract: V mojí bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku romského etnika. V teoretické části se věnuji historii, rodině a tradicím ve vztahu k těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí. V kapitole následující popisuji Romky jako pacientky, klientky a jejich typické vlastnosti a krátce vysvětluji podstatu transkulturního ošetřovatelství. Dále jsem osvětlila otázku diskriminace a pojem romské identity. Tato kapitola je důležitá pro pochopení nás samotných a našeho postoje jako majoritní společnosti. V praktické části popisuji nejprve vytvoření dotazníků a následně jejich zpracování s komentáři k výsledkům šetření. V diskuzi navrhuji praktické rady při ošetřování romské pacientky a popisuji doporučení pro další výzkum. V závěru shrnuji dosažené výsledky a statistické zpracování hypotéz.. -- Abstract: During the work for my bachelor's degree, I investigated a problem concerning Romany ethnicity. In a theoretical part of the study I discussed their history, family and other traditions in regards to pregnancy, labour and childbirth. I also discussed the concept of discrimination faced by and the identity of the Romany people. This is an important topic for us to discuss coming from a majority group of the community, to better our understandings of different peoples. The next topic I discussed the treatment received by Romany people as well as other cultures in general. The final topic covered a Romany woman and her treatment due to her physical characteristics in a hospital as a client; prenatal care was also discussed. For the actual Exercise I produced a questionnaire which I later elaborated on by commenting on the final results. I used this information to draw up proposals for practical advice that could be used to better treat women of Romany decent. Finally I summarised my recordings and the statistical findings of my hypothesis.
