Analýza efektivnosti investice firmy Tisk Horák [rukopis] / Milan Volek. -- 2006. -- 54 l., 4 l. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Práce se zabývá tématem investice v polygrafickém průmyslu. Toto téma bylo zvoleno na základě mého zájmu o toto odvětví. Cílem práce je zhodnotit zamýšlenou investici firmy a to nejen číselně, ale i z hlediska všech faktorů, které na ní působí. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou problematikou investic, jejich zdrojů financování a jejich přípravě. Krátká část je také věnována státnímu podpůrnému programu "průmysl a podnikání``, protože investice je vhodná pro žádost o čerpání prostředků z tohoto programu. Praktická část práce pojednává o konkrétní investici, o historii firmy a o vhodnosti investice. Také zde nalezneme charakteristiky budoucího a stávajícího zařízení. Je zde uvedena rovněž SWOT analýza celé firmy a samotného projektu. V závěru potom z informací zpracovaných v předešlých částech práce shrnuji, jaké tato investice bude mít přínosy a jak umožní firmě další vývoj.. -- Abstract: This work deals with an investment in polygraphic industry. This theme was chosen upon my personal interest in this branch. The aim of this work is to evaluate the Tisk Horák company investment and to do this not only in the term of numbers, but to analyse all the elements that are working together with this investment. The theoretical part is concerned with the common questions of investments, financial resources and the preparation of an investment. A short part is dedicated to a national grant for supporting industry, because the investment is able to draw some resources from this fund. The applied knowledge deals with the specific investment, with the company itself and with current machinery, which is the company working with. We can also find a SWOT analysis of the company and of the project here. In the epilogue, there is a summary based on the informations from this work , together with the investment pros and cons and recommendations.
