Analýza oblasti bydlení v Teplicích [rukopis] / Pavla Táborská. -- 2007. -- 49 l., 24 l. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Základním cílem práce je charakterizovat, analyzovat a co nejvýstižněji zhodnotit oblast bydlení v Teplicích. V první části je stručně popsána charakteristika města Teplice, tento popis je důležitý pro vlastní analýzu bydlení v Teplicích. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem bydlení a další terminologie v této oblasti a druhy různých forem bydlení. Další část této práce analyzuje stav obyvatelstva v Teplicích a nejbližším okolí, vývoj hustoty zalidnění, rozložení obyvatelstva a proces privatizace v Teplicích. V další kapitole je analyzován domovní a bytový fond v Teplicích a to s využitím zejména oficiálních statistik. Pro pochopení současného stavu je zde provedena analýza toho, jak se domovní a bytový fond vyvíjel v minulosti. Pozornost je rovněž věnována finanční dostupnosti vlastnického i nájemního bydlení v ČR, přístupům k analýze této dostupnosti a jejím ukazatelům. Další kapitola se zabývá dostupností bydlení v ČR a vývojem dostupnosti nájemního nebo vlastnického bydlení. Závěrečným tématem práce je možnost financování oblasti bydlení, kde jsou stručně charakterizovány možnosti hypoték nebo stavebního spoření. Závěr obsahuje stručné shrnutí zjištěných faktů a vyhodnocení možností budoucího rozvoje města v oblasti bydlení.. -- Abstract: The basic purpose of this thesis is to characterize, analyze and to most concisely sum up the housing sphere in Teplice. In the first part there is a briefly described charakterization of the town, this description is important for a proper analysis of housing in Teplice. Then there is explained a definition of housing and other terminology of this sphere and kinds of a different forms of housing. The next part of this thesis analyses the situation of population in Teplice and close surroundings, progress of density and distribution of population and a process of privatization in Teplice. The next chapter analyses a housing stock in Teplice, mainly with use of an official statistics. For understanding of todays situation there is an analysis of progress of housing stock in Teplice in the past. The attention is also given to a financial availability of proprietary and rental housing and to the stances and indicators of this analysis. The next chapter is concerned with an availability of housing in the Czech Republic and a progress of proprietary and rental housing. The last theme of this thesis is a possibility of financing in a housing sphere. There are briefly characterized a possibilities of mortgages or building saving accounts. The closing contains a brief summary of learned facts and an evaluation of the possibilities of a future development of the town in a housing sphere.
