Note Ved. práce František Šťáhlavský Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit míru karyotypové diferenciace rodu Uroplectes čeledi Buthidae (Arachnida, Scorpiones) v různých oblastech jejich výskytu na území Afrického kontinentu. V rámci diplomové práce bude hlavní náplní studentky analýza maximálního počtu druhů z obou rodů pomocí standardních cytogenetických metod, která bude doplněna o lokalizaci 18S rDNA klastrů pomocí metody FISH. Díky tomu bude možné lépe sledovat, a hlavně porovnat chromozomové přestavby během karyotypové evoluce jednotlivých linií. The aim of this thesis is to determine the degree of karyotypic differentiation of the genus Uroplectes of the family Buthidae (Arachnida, Scorpiones) in different areas of their range on the African continent. The main focus of the student's thesis will be to analyse the maximum number of species from both genera using standard cytogenetic methods, which will be complemented by the localization of 18S rDNA clusters using FISH. This will allow for a better observation, and more importantly comparison, of chromosomal rearrangements during the karyotypic evolution of each lineage. Another responsib.
