Ved. práce Petra Abrahamová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku onemocnění endometrióza a na ženy, u nichž byla tato nemoc diagnostikována. Endometriózou trpí přibližně 190 milionů žen po celém světě. Toto onemocnění má významný dopad na život lidí - nejen na zdravotní, ale i sociální a finanční situaci. Hlavním cílem je zjistit kvalitu života žen s endometriózou v různých životních obdobích. Empirická část práce je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Zvolenou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný soubor tvoří pět žen, kterým byla diagnostikována endometrióza v různých životních obdobích. Na základě výsledků lze konstatovat, že příznaky onemocnění jsou u všech žen velmi podobné. Endometrióza výrazně ovlivňuje kvalitu života žen bez ohledu na jejich věk či životní období. Endometrióza není pouze gynekologický problém, ale komplexní onemocnění s dopadem na každodenní život ženy. Proto by nemoc neměla být podceňována a měla by být věnována větší pozornost nejen včasné diagnostice, ale také léčbě a podpoře žen. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the issue of endometriosis and on women who have been diagnosed with this disease. Approximately 190 million women worldwide suffer from endometriosis. This disease has a significant impact on people's lives - not only on their health, but also on their social and financial situation. The main aim is to determine the quality of life in women with endometriosis at different stages of life. The empirical part of the thesis is processed in the form of qualitative research. The chosen method is a semi-structured interview. The research sample consists of five women who were diagnosed with endometriosis at different stages of life. Based on the results, it can be stated that the symptoms of the disease are very similar among all the women. Endometriosis significantly affects women's quality of life regardless of their age or stage of life. Endometriosis is therefore not only a gynecological problem, but a complex disease that impacts a woman's daily life. For this reason, the disease should not be underestimated and more attention should be paid not only to its diagnosis, but also treatment and support of the affected women. Another responsib.
