Note Oponent Alena Rosezínová. Ved. práce Kamila Bitalová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem volně dostupných menstruačních pomůcek na vysoké škole. Je dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Část teoretická věnuje pozornost anatomii ženského reprodukčního systému, menstruačnímu a ovariálnímu cyklu a poruchám cyklického krvácení. Dále menstruačním pomůckám a menstruační hygieně samotné. Poslední kapitolou jsou sociální, ekonomické a ekologické aspekty menstruace. Praktická část je realizována pomocí kvantitativní metody formou nestandardizovaného polostrukturovaného online dotazníku obsahujícího 21 otázek. Anonymně byly dotazovány dívky studující na Univerzitě Jana Evangelisty Purkyně (UJEP) na otázky ohledně menstruačních pomůcek a jejich volné dostupnosti. Finální počet respondentek, splňujících podmínky dotazníku, byl celkem 195. Hlavním cílem bylo zjištění zájmu ze stran studentek o volně dostupné menstruační pomůcky na půdě UJEP. Téměř většina respondentek (175, tedy 90 %) odpověděla kladně na otázku, zda by se vysoká škola měla podílet na poskytování menstruačních pomůcek zdarma. První dílčí cíl zjišťoval preference v používání menstruačních pomůcek. Nejpreferovanější hygienickou pomůckou se stala menstruační vložka (140, tedy 71,8 %). Druhý dílčí cíl měl za úkol získat informace ohledně předností studentek v pořizování daného typu menstruačních pomůcek, kdy jako jasné privilegium skončilo pohodlí. Třetí, tedy poslední, dílčí cíl zjišťoval povědomí o volně dostupných menstruačních pomůckách. Celkem 125 respondentek (64 %) uvedlo, že o tomto termínu někdy slyšely. Svůj postoj vyjádřily prostřednictvím otevřené odpovědi, stejně tak tomu bylo k možnosti rozmístění menstruačních potřeb. Dívky se stále ocitají v citlivých situacích, které pro ně menstruace připravuje. Díky výsledkům dotazníkového šetření a jejich podrobné analýze, jsme získali důležité informace. Tato práce může sloužit, v rámci doporučení pro praxi, k realizaci projektů zaměřených na rozmístění menstruačních pomůcek na toaletách ve strategických budovách UJEP, a k hlubšímu sledování této problematiky z více úhlů pohledu. K realizaci je nutný souhlas vedení školy a vytvoření týmu, který by si vytvoření a následné provozování projektů vzal na starost. This bachelor thesis addresses the topic of free menstrual aids at university. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section focuses on the anatomy of the female reproductive system, menstrual cycle and ovarian cycle, and disorders of the menstrual cycle. It also deals with menstrual aids and menstrual hygiene in general. The last chapter is about social, economic, and ecological aspects of menstruation. The practical part is carried out using quantitative method in the form of a non-standardized semi-structured online questionnaire containing 21 questions. Anonymous responses about menstrual aids and their freely availability were collected from women at the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyne (UJEP). The final number of usable questionnaires was 195. The main objective of this thesis was to determine the students' interest in freely available menstrual aids at UJEP. Almost majority of the respondents (175 respondents, 90%) answered in the affirmative when asked whether the college should be involved in providing free menstrual aids. The first sub-objective was to identify preferences regarding menstrual aids. The most preferred menstrual product was the menstrual pad (140 respondents, 71.8%). The second sub-objective was to find out information about the preferences of female students in purchasing a given type of menstrual aid, with comfort emerging as a clear preference. The third and last sub-objective was to find out awareness of freely available menstrual aids. A total of 125 respondents (64 %) said that they had heard of the term. They expressed their attitude through an open-ended response, as was the case for the possibility of placement of menstrual aids. Women still find themselves in sensitive situations that menstruation prepares for them. Thanks to the results of the questionnaire survey and their detailed analysis, we have obtained important information. This thesis can serve, as a recommendation of practice, to implement projects focused on the placement of menstrual aids in toilets in strategic buildings of the UJEP, and to follow this issue from multiple perspectives.
