Oponent Kryštof Hejný Abstract Výtvarná instalace Přání demonstruje meze důvěry ve vyšší mocnosti. Přesněji se ptám, jakou roli v životě hraje naše vnitřní přání a jakou cestu hledáme k jeho naplnění. Inspiraci nacházím v ukrajinské tradici tzv. Motanek. Tyto rituální panenky mají původ ve východoslovanské lidové kultuře. Setkala jsem se s nimi poprvé prostřednictvím vlastní rodiny. V projektu chápu Motanku jako kulturní prvek, který reprezentuje základní existenciální motivy lidského žití, jako je bezpečí, zdraví, bohatství, štěstí atd. Původní význam přetvářím pomocí současného uměleckého jazyka. Po vzoru vlastní babičky, za pomoci textilu a keramického materiálu, tvořím motanky pro konkrétní osoby. Zpracovávám tak osobní i kolektivní zkušenost. Zapojuji hmotné i duchovní roviny všedního dne tak, aby výsledná instalace přinesla prostor k zamyšlení nad kulturním kontextem i osobním příběhem každého z nás. Annotation The art installation Wishes explores the limits of trust in higher powers. More precisely, it asks what role our inner wishes play in life and what paths we seek to fulfill them. I draw inspiration from the Ukrainian tradition of so-called Motankas. These ritual dolls originate in East Slavic folk culture. I first encountered them through my own family. In this project, I understand the Motanka as a cultural element that represents fundamental existential themes of human life, such as safety, health, wealth, and happiness. I reinterpret their original meaning through the lens of contemporary artistic language. Following the example of my grandmother and using textiles and ceramic material, I create Motankas for specific individuals, thereby processing both personal and collective experience. I engage both material and spiritual aspects of everyday life so that the final installation offers a space for reflection on cultural context and personal stories of each of us. Another responsib.
