Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji zdravotnického vzdělávání, principům simulační výuky, významu debriefingu a charakteristice vybraných akutních stavů. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní průzkum zkušeností studentek prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu simulační výuky, identifikovat její silné a slabé stránky a formulovat doporučení pro její optimalizaci v pedagogické praxi.. -- Abstract: This thesis explores the application of simulation-based education in the management of obstetric emergencies and its significance for the development of professional competencies among midwifery students. The theoretical section examines the historical evolution of healthcare education, the principles and methodologies of simulation training, the role of debriefing in facilitating effective learning, and the characteristics of selected obstetric emergencies. The empirical section presents a quantitative study of students' experiences, conducted via an anonymous survey. The aim of the thesis is to assess the effectiveness of simulation-based education, to identify its strengths and weaknesses, and to propose recommendations for its optimization within pedagogical practice.
