Ved. práce Daniel Šárovec Abstract Tato bakalářská práce podrobně analyzuje totalitní režim v Korejské lidově demokratické republice (KLDR) a jeho fungování v kontextu 21. století. Práce zkoumá teoretické ukotvení totalitarismu, historicky vyvoj KLDR a její politicky systém založeny na ideologiích Čučche a Songun a kultu dynastie Kimů. Následně rozebírá praktické projevy režimu: mechanismy kontroly společnosti (cenzura, represe, masové organizace), specifika voleb, řízené ekonomiky i politického náboženství. Stěžejní část se věnuje současnym vyzvám v podobě jaderného programu jako nástroji politiky, komplexním mezinárodním vztahům a adaptaci režimu na technologicky pokrok při snaze o udržení izolace. Cílem je aplikovat vybrané prvky totalitarismu na praktické příklady ze Severní Koreje a vysvětlit odolnost systému a jak reaguje na rozšiřující se globalizaci. This bachelor's thesis analyses in detail the totalitarian regime in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and its functioning in the context of the 21st century. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations of totalitarianism, the historical development of the DPRK, and its political system based on the Juche and Songun ideologies and the personality cult of the Kim dynasty. Subsequently, it dissects the practical manifestations of the regime: mechanisms of societal control (censorship, repression, mass organisations), the specifics of elections, the controlled economy, and political religion. A crucial part addresses contemporary challenges such as the nuclear programme as a policy tool, complex international relations, and the regime's adaptation to technological progress while attempting to maintain isolation. The aim is to apply selected elements of totalitarianism to practical examples from North Korea and to explain the system's resilience and how it reacts to expanding globalisation. Another responsib.
