Ved. práce Ondřej Kounovský Abstract V první, teoretické části práce je popsán Integrovaný záchranný systém, jeho historie, složky, legislativa a činnosti jednotlivých složek. Poté následují kapitoly, v kterých představuji a popisuji pojmy jako je mimořádná událost, typová činnost, hromadné postižení osob. V druhé, praktické části práce dotazníkovým šetřením prokazuji znalost problematiky součinnosti jednotlivých složek IZS v místě mimořádné události. Dotazování směřuji pouze na zaměstnance ZZS, jejichž odpovědi vyhodnotím a z výsledku šetření případně navrhnu opatření použitelná v praxi. The first, theoretical part of the work describes the Integrated Rescue System, its history, components, legislation and activities of individual components. This is followed by chapters in which I introduce and describe terms such as extraordinary event, typical activity, mass disability of persons. In the second, practical part of the work, I demonstrate knowledge of the issue of the cooperation of the individual components of the IZS at the scene of an emergency using a questionnaire survey. I direct the questioning only to the employees of the Emergency Service, whose answers I will evaluate and, based on the results of the investigation, I will eventually propose measures that can be used in practice.
