Oponent Iva Volešová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o dospělé pacienty se zevní komorovou drenáží. V teoretické části práci je popsána fyziologie tvorby a cirkulace mozkomíšního moku a poruchy této cirkulace, se zaměřením na hydrocefalus, jeho příčiny vzniku, příznaky, komplikace a léčbu. Dále vysvětluje mechanismus vzniku intrakraniální hypertenze, která bývá velice závažnou komplikací u pacientů s hydrocefalem. Další část se zabývá zevní komorovou drenáží a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s tímto typem drenáže v intenzivní péči. Cílem empirické části bylo formou dotazníkového šetření zmapovat znalosti a dovednosti nelékařských pracovníků, kteří poskytují specializovanou ošetřovatelskou péči o zevní komorovou drenáž na odděleních intenzivní péče. Metodou průzkumu bylo zvoleno kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření prostřednictvím vlastního nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníku, které bylo provedeno na Klinice anesteziologie, perioperační a intenzivní medicíny Fakulty zdravotnických studií Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem a Krajské zdravotní, a.s. - Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem, o.z., a na Klinice anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny Ústřední vojenské nemocnici a 1. Lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Výsledky empirické části byly vyhodnoceny a graficky znázorněny pomocí grafů. V závěru práce bylo možné prokázat drobné nedostatky ve znalostech respondentů při ošetřování zevní komorové drenáže a dále bylo prokázáno, že respondenti z ústecké nemocnice prokázali lepší znalosti a dovednosti než respondenti z pražské nemocnice. The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of adult patients with external ventricular drainage. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the physiology of the formation and circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and disorders of this circulation, focusing on hydrocephalus, its causes, symptoms, complications and treatment. It also explains the mechanism of intracranial hypertension, which is a very serious complication in patients with hydrocephalus. The next part deals with external ventricular drainage and specifics of nursing care of patients with this type of drainage in intensive care. The aim of the empirical part was to map the knowledge and skills of non-medical staff providing specialized nursing care for external ventricular drainage in intensive care units by means of a questionnaire survey. The method of the survey was a quantitative questionnaire survey through a customized anonymous questionnaire, which was conducted at the Department of Anaesthesiology, Perioperative and Intensive Medicine, Faculty of Health Studies, Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem and the Regional Health, a.s. - Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, o.z, and the Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine at the Central Military Hospital and the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague. The results of the empirical part were evaluated and graphically represented by graphs.In the conclusion of the study, it was possible to demonstrate minor deficiencies in the knowledge of respondents in the treatment of external ventricular drainage and it was also shown that respondents from the hospital in Ústí nad Labem demonstrated better knowledge and skills than the respondents from the hospital in Prague.
