Ved. práce Martin Kubát Abstract Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je hledání možných řešení nedostatku kvalifikovaných operátorů při současném stavu a systému práce na operačním středisku ZZS LK. Cílem je identifikovat a analyzovat možné způsoby, jak tento nedostatek řešit, kde je hledat a jak vybrat ty správné kandidáty, jak udržet a rozvíjet pracovní profesionalitu Zdravotnického operačního střediska, a to i za personální krize. Práce představuje jednu z možností, jak zvládnout personální výzvy a posunout se vpřed místo stagnace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá úlohou zdravotnického operačního střediska jako základního pilíře Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Seznamuje s historií a funkcí Integrovaného záchranného systému, jehož je ZZS součástí. Praktická část hodnotí pilotní program ZZS LK - NETÍSŇOVÝ OPERÁTOR a jeho první rok provozu včetně zapojení studentů oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. Nabízí doporučení pro další možný rozvoj. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is the search for possible solutions to the personnel crisis in the current state and system of work at the ZZS LK operational center. The goal is to identify and analyze possible ways to solve the shortage of operators, where to look for them and how to select the right candidates, how to maintain and develop the working professionalism of the Medical Operations Center, even during personnel crises. Work is one of the ways to handle personnel challenges and move forward instead of stagnating. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the role of the medical operation center as a basic pillar of the Medical Ambulance Service. Introduces the history and function of the Integrated Rescue System, of which the EMS is a part. The practical part evaluates the pilot program ZZS LK - NETÍSŇOVÝ OPERÁTOR and its first year of operation, including the involvement of students from the Medical Paramedic field.
