Oponent František Němec Abstract Tématem se tato bakalářská práce zaměřuje na využití automatických externích defibrilátorů (AED) jednotkami požární ochrany (PO) Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje (HZS LK) a jednotkami sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí (JSDHo) Libereckého kraje, které jsou pro tuto činnost předurčeny a zařazeny v síti first responderů pro Liberecký kraj. Práce hodnotí dostupnost jednotek PO, časový úsek reakce při aktivaci jednotky, vzdálenost k místu zásahu a zároveň posuzuje časový benefit pro pacienty s náhlou zástavou oběhu při použití těchto jednotek. Další částí práce je nastínění vnímání výzvy NZO s aktivací AED samotnými hasiči. V práci je také možné nalézt data o počtech zachráněných osob, počtu zahájených kardiopulmonálních resuscitací, počty provedených defibrilací AED přístrojem jednotek PO. Výsledky práce vyplývají ze získaných datových údajů zdravotnického operačního ZZS LK v roce 2022. Výsledek této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stanovených cílů a získání poznatků z průzkumného šetření. The topic of this bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED) by the fire protection units (PO) of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Liberec Region (HZS LK) and units of the Voluntary Fire Brigade of Municipalities (JSDHo) of the Liberec Region, which are predestined for this activity and included in network of first responders for the Liberec region. The work evaluates the availability of PO units, the response time when the unit is activated, the distance to the site of intervention, and at the same time assesses the time benefit for patients with sudden circulatory arrest when using these units. Another part of the work is an outline of the perception of the NZO challenge with AED activation by the firefighters themselves. In the work, it is also possible to find data on the number of rescued persons, the number of initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the number of performed defibrillation with an AED device by the PO unit. The results of the work result from the data obtained from the data of the medical operational ZZS LK in 2022.
