Teoretická část této práce obsahuje anatomii důležitou pro porod, porodní mechanismus, definici dystokie ramének a její rizikové faktory, nejčastěji používané manévry k řešení tohoto akutního stavu a možné dopady na matku a plod. Empirická část zpracovává rozhovory s porodními asistentkami z prostředí porodního sálu. Mapuje jejich zkušenosti s dystokií ramének, rozebírá jednotlivé případy a klade si otázku, jak nejlépe připravit studentky porodní asistence a porodní asistentky v praxi na řešení stavu dystokie. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of shoulder dystocia from the midwife's point of view. The theoretical part of this thesis contains the anatomy important for childbirth, the delivery mechanism, the definition of shoulder dystocia and its risk factors, the maneuvers most often used to solve this acute condition and the possible effects on the mother and the fetus. The empirical part processes interviews with midwives from the delivery room environment. It maps their experiences with shoulder dystocia, analyzes individual cases and asks the question of how best to prepare students of midwifery and midwives in practice to deal with shoulder dystocia.
