Ved. práce Michal Vostrý Abstract ÚVOD: Práce je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická sekce přináší souhrnné informace o demenci, její klasifikaci a metody testování kognitivních funkcí. Poslední kapitola detailněji rozebírá specifika a možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku demence a zhodnotit efektivitu kognitivního tréninku u těchto pacientů. METODIKA: Bakalářská práce je tvořena formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Jsou zde zpracovány dvě kazuistiky týkající se dané problematiky na základě strukturovaného pozorování, rozhovoru, standardizovaných testů a analýzy dokumentace. VÝSLEDKY: Posouzení úspěšnosti ergoterapeutických intervencí u pacienta s demencí na základě porovnání výsledků ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Návrh dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu s ohledem na další péči o pacienta. ZÁVĚR: Zamyšlení se nad současnou situací rehabilitační léčby u klientů s demencí. Zhodnocení práce s klienty. INTRODUCTION: The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section provides theoretical information about dementia, its classification, and methods for testing cognitive functions. The final chapter elaborates further on the specifics and possibilities within occupational therapy intervention. THE AIM OF THE THESIS: The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of dementia-related issues and to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive training in these patients. METHODOLOGY: The bachelor thesis takes the form of qualitative research. It includes the analysis of two case studies related to the issue based on structured observation, interviews, standardized tests, and documentation analysis. RESULTS: Assessment of the success of occupational therapy interventions in patients with dementia based on a comparison of results from initial and final examinations. Proposal of a long-term occupational therapy plan considering further patient care. CONCLUSION: Reflection on the current situation of rehabilitative treatment for clients with dementia.
