The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected company Nesprekol s.r.o., whose business is metalworking, metal production and construction. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness on the basis of financial analysis of the selected company, subsequent comparison with competing companies operating on the same market using the TOPSIS benchmarking method and to find out the competitive advantage or shortcomings of the selected company.
